★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amministratore pessimo,mai disponibile e inaffidabile. Per non parlare del personale che ha alle sue dipendenze,acido ,lento e non soddisfa le richieste del condomino manco a pregarlo ,nemmeno dopo ripetuti solleciti. Ha 4 segretarie per scaldare le sedie. Sconsigliatissimo!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come amministratore non lo consiglio, non rispetta le scadenze per indire assemblea ordinaria (6 mesi dalla chiusura esercizio), nei lavori da eseguire è molto lungo, alla richiesta di visionare fatture e conto corrente del condominio dopo 5 mesi di attesa ne ho visto una parte. Cosa pensare?

Disinteressato non risolve i problemi sottoposti. Non è puntuale nell'indire le assemblee,i verbali sono incomprensibili.
Non si riesce a parlare col Signor Possenti nemmeno tramite il proprio avvocato..
Sconsigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo studio, quando si ha un problema o si è in grado di risolverlo o si deve pagare altri professionisti per consulenza che dovrebbe essere di competenza dell'amministratore.
Da 2 anni causiamo una perdita agli inquilini di sotto, le imprese mandate da lui non hanno risolto, hanno messo fretta per chiudere senza vedere se il problema era stato risolto solo per avere i soldi dell'assicurazione.
Addebitate spese condominiali senza giustificativi e quando richiesti hanno cambiato 3 versioni (per poi non rispondere più) e ci siamo dovuti rivolgere ad un legale per capire come fare. Ora in 1 mese abbiamo fatto finalmente passi avanti, da quando abbiamo scavalcato lui e preso contatto direttamente con le assicurazioni condominiali, che venivano incolpate di lentezza o franchigie che non hanno mai applicato. Assurdo, chi non è del mestiere viene solo preso in giro e quando si chiama in studio si ottengono sempre notizie differenti. RIDICOLI E ZERO PROFESSIONALITÀ
