k	kati mariani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo . Ho appuntamento alle 18.40 ma la segretaria dice che era diciotto e venti mentre sono ancora in macchina. Non posso neanche replicare, mi interrompe, ha ragione lei. Mi dice che solo " l assistente " puo' occuarsi di mia madre. Cerco parcheggio - la zona e' trafficatiissima - trovo posto in garage a pagamento e accompagno mia madre novantenne che ovviamente cammina piano. Quando arrivo la segretaria dice che neanche l assistente puo occuparsi di lei - ma non poteva dirmelo quando ero in macchina? - nonostante mia madre la preghi, ha un forte dolore ai piedi. Niente da fare, risponde secca e sgarbata che no, non si puo' fare. Gira i tacchi e ci molla nell ingresso. Spero che un giorno debba pregare anche lei qualcuno, con risultato zero e una porta sbattuta in faccia. Terrible.
