Quando ti siedi sulla poltrona cambia tutto e non si può piu fare, e si limitano a fare quello che fanno tutti gli altri studi dentistici. Per non parlare della prima visita, penso sia l'unico studio che fa pagare 150 euro una prima visita. Poco chiari nei preventivi, redatti a spezzioni per non spaventare il cliente. Per un' estrazione e una pulizia dei denti ( a cui loro danno tutto un nome particoloare per farlo passare per chissà cosa) e altre pratiche mai sentite nominare ne spiegare, mi hanno chiesto 2400 euro. Quando ho chiesto di avere un preventivo con il dettaglio delle spese si sono rifiutati di inviarmelo. Evitate se non siete ricchi con soldi da buttare. Perchè la qualità si trova anche altrove. For an extraction and cleaning of the teeth (to which they give everything a particular name to make it pass for who knows what) and other practices never heard of or explained, they asked me for 2400 euros. When I asked for a quote detailing the expenses they refused to send it to me. Avoid if you are not rich with money to burn. Because quality is also found elsewhere.

He completed his dentistry studies at the prestigious Dawson academy, and is a specialist in dental occlusion and esthetic dentistry, among others . I recommend him highly

When I asked the receptionist if she spoke English, she said yes, but then as soon as I started talking again she hung up. I called back, she answered again, but as soon as I spoke she hung up again. My partner then called on their phone. Receptionist answered, my partner asked if they had any appointments today. “No” was the answer. What about this week? “No”. At this point she once again hung up. I was absolutely appalled with this receptionist’s lack of professionalism. I ended up finding another dentist called Studio Moll, and both the dentist and assistant were absolutely brilliant. Patient, helpful and efficient — so would highly recommend considering Studio Moll instead.

She was scheduled to depart Florence for the rest of her travels in Europe with he group at 12pm. In desperation, she showed up unannounced at this office and was accommodated, the dentist having to move other appointments to extend emergency treatment to her. By 11:30 she was completely "fixed" and better than prior to her injury. The dentist was thorough and took great care to give her a flawlessly matched front tooth. Believe me, there are no harsher critics than a 16 year old girl! She left thrilled. The dental hygienist was American (Boston) and the dentist spoke conversational English. I truly can't give them a higher recommendation or extend more gratitude. They literally saved my daughter's trip!

At first, I was a bit concerned about the professional level of a foreign doctor. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of dental care that Dr. Guasti Massai practised. He was not only competent and very meticulous but also very patient and kind in explaining problems and alternatives of treatment. He completely won my confidence and admiration. I would recommend my patients and friends to him. Dr. Guasti is and will be our adopted dentist whenever we return to Florence. I must add that his facility is the first class. His office is immaculately clean and pleasant. I recommend him highly.

The staff was so helpful and kind and made sure my teeth looked perfect when I left! I went back in for a follow up and I thought my teeth looked great but the dentist was not quite pleased with the color so he took the time to redo the coloring to be sure they looked completely perfect. Could not recommend this studio more! Very high tech equipment, completely sterile, and helpful and their English was not a problem at all.

An American living 10 years in Europe, I arrived on vacation in Florence with horrible tooth pain. I showed up on a Monday morning with no appointment at Drs. Guasti and Massai’s office. It’s one of the luckiest things that ever happened to me. Three days later I’m as good as new. My case was also not especially simple (root canal etc). I’d never received medical attention in Italy before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The level here is incredibly high: This was the cleanest, most professional, technically advanced, gentle and thorough care I’ve ever received. I think I had 3-4 different types of imagery taken to correctly diagnose my issue, an area where many dentists might cut corners. In terms of execution, I received care from both doctors and was struck by their insistence on excellence and performance. The entire team around them — from the assistants to the front desk to the hygienist — is also incredibly talented, advanced and kind. Honestly could not have been a better experience.
