 Incompetent, rude secretary. It was not possible to make an appointment as the lady who was not at all kind, rather arrogant and rude, closed the call without giving information.

La segreteria Neanche trovava nel agenda l' appuntamento che mi aveva dato telefonicamente mi stava mandando via poi lo trova comportamento poco professionale il resto lasciamo perdere .con la scusa del covid mi dice che può entrare nella struttura una persona solamente ma in sala d' attesa c'erano due famiglie con i bambini complimenti per la organizzazione

The secretary did not even find in the diary the appointment he had given me by phone he was sending me away then he finds it unprofessional behavior the rest forget it. With the excuse of the covid he tells me that only one person can enter the structure but in the waiting room there were two families with children compliments for the organization
