Mi chiamano x annullare!!Mi ripropongo io, e mi fanno cambiare ricetta tre volte dopo interminabili attese,x poi propormi a pagamento. Pessimi e vergognosi. D	Dominga Spada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile prenotare: il telefono fisso è costantemente fuori posto (durante gli orari dello studio, oltre magicamente si attiva una falsa segreteria telefonica che non consente di lasciare messaggi!!!!); se provi a richiedere un appuntamento su whatsapp o a mezzo mail, non rispondono. Non hanno bisogno di clienti evidentemente, ma la cortesia e l’educazione sarebbero dovuti a tutti. Impossible to book: the landline phone is constantly out of place (during the hours of the studio, a false answering machine is magically activated that does not allow you to leave messages !!!!); if you try to request an appointment on whatsapp or by email, they don't respond. They obviously don't need customers, but courtesy and education should be due to everyone.
n	nunzia chiappone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Dicono che per fare le prenotazioni bisogna chiamare .... Io ho provato tutto il giorno(+ di 50 chiamate), ma il telefono è sempre occupato. In una recensione precedente si sn giustificati dicendo che hanno 2 persone addette alle prenotazioni, che il telefono non è mai occupato ( staccato si) ecc... mi dispiace dirlo, ma quando c'era il padre dell'attuale Dott.Vaccaro tutto questo non succedeva... vuol dire che non voglio lavorare con le ricette ma solo a pagamento. Voto -----0 Riscrivo nuovamente alla risposta sulla mia recensione Mi sembra assurdo che voi avete preso 300 chiamate in un solo giorno( il telefono era sempre occupato). Io ho provato di continuo..... ininterrottamente....non è la prima volta che tento di prenotare una visita per fare un'intervento agli occhi( è da circa 4 anni che tento), anzi prima del covid mi è stato consigliato proprio da un vostro impiegato di fare l'intervento direttamente a pagamento ( visita compresa).
