★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per una prestazione di assoluta routine (un inventario che ha richiesto non più di due ore di tempo) il notaio Sirolli mi è sembrato notevolmente esoso. Chiesta una valutazione di congruità della parcella al Collegio notarile di Roma, questo prima mi ha girato le giustificazioni dello stesso notaio; poi, richiesto di una sua valutazione come parte terza edotta, non ha neppure risposto. Giudizio negativo, quindi, sia per la parcella del notaio, sia per il comportamento del Collegio notarile di Roma.
 For a performance of absolute routine (an inventory that took no more than two hours) the notary Sirolli seemed to me remarkably exorbitant. Asked for an assessment of the congruity of the parcel at the College of Notaries of Rome, this first turned over the justifications of the same notary; then, asked for his evaluation as a third party, he did not even reply. Negative judgment, therefore, both for the notary's fee and for the behavior of the Notarial College of Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA - intervenuto successivamente al rogito su richiesta di una persona a me cara per spiegazioni, di fronte di una normale compravendita di 80.000 euro una parcella di 9.500. Posso capire probabilmente gli alti costi di gestione dello studio ma lo ritengo fin troppo esagerato tralasciando ulteriori dettagli... per me soggettivi... Averlo saputo prima ma ormai il danno era già fatto...E' troppo facile fare il PONZIO PILATO... Il tutto IMHO
NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE - intervened after the deed at the request of a person dear to me for explanations, in the face of a normal sale of 80,000 euros, a parcel of 9,500. I can probably understand the high operating costs of the studio but I think it is too exaggerated leaving out further details ... subjective for me ... Having known it before but by now the damage was already done ... It is too easy to do the PONTIUM PILATE. .. The whole IMHO
