★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 4 Febbraio 2020 ho fatto un frazionamento fra vicini presso questo Studio, premetto: spostato per 4 volte per problemi non solo dello Studio, ma anche di alcuni documenti che mancavano delle parti.
Il problema che io sottolineo e che è stato gravissimo è che i primi di Luglio lo Studio mi chiama avvisandomi che i documenti originali sono pronti e che posso passare a ritirare.
Io fisso un appuntamento per il fine settimana il Venerdi alle ore 17,50.
Quando arrivo all' appuntamento, premesso che sono partito prima dal lavoro apposta e ho fatto 40 km, l' impiegata mi avvisa che i documenti non ci sono e che li hanno dati all' altra parte del Frazionamento.
Io mi arrabbio molto animatamente:
Come può uno Studio Notarile dare i documenti personali senza la mia autorizzazione a non so chi? Oltretutto avendo già fissato l' appuntamento con me che ho fatto 40 km apposta per ritirare tali documenti?
E il diritto alla Privacy dei miei documenti?
A questo punto ho detto di farmi una Raccomandata urgente per inviarmeli.
Dopo due settimane che non sono arrivati, chiamo nuovamente lo Studio e l' impiegata mi ha detto che erano stati molto impegnati e non avevano avuto tempo di spedirli!
A questo punto, per l' ennesima volta mi sono arrabbiato e finalmente dopo 5 giorni mi sono arrivati.
Trovo poco professionale quello che è successo.
 On February 4, 2020 I made a split between neighbors at this Studio, I state: moved 4 times due to problems not only of the Studio, but also of some documents that were missing parts.
The problem that I underline and which was very serious is that the Studio calls me in early July, informing me that the original documents are ready and that I can come and collect.
I make an appointment for the weekend on Friday at 5.50 pm.
When I arrive at the appointment, assuming that I left early from work on purpose and traveled 40 km, the employee informs me that the documents are not there and that they have given them to the other part of the Split.
I get very angry:
How can a Notary Office give personal documents without my authorization to I don't know who? Moreover, having already made an appointment with me that I did 40 km on purpose to collect these documents?
What about the right to privacy of my documents?
At this point I said to send me an urgent registered letter to send them to me.
After two weeks of not arriving, I call the firm again and the employee told me that they had been very busy and hadn't had time to send them!
At this point, for the umpteenth time I got angry and finally after 5 days they arrived.
I find what happened unprofessional.
