In occasione della stipula mi fu detto che entro circa 20 giorni avrei trovato tutta la mia documentazione sul profilo del sito dello studio, ma dopo due mesi non è arrivato niente, nonostante un sollecito via e.mail. Li contatto telefonicamente e, una volta rintracciata la Signora Maria, in meno di cinque minuti sono finalmente riuscito ad avere in rete quanto dovuto (dimostrandomi quanto fosse facile riconoscere un mio diritto), con la promessa che entro 3-4 giorni avrei potuto ritirare anche il formato cartaceo. Attendo 10 giorni e mi reco presso la sede di Marcianise (naturalmente in orario di ufficio, quindi usufruendo di un permesso dal mio lavoro), ma nulla, mi viene detto che la mia pratica è introvabile, che l'addetto è assente e che sarò costretto a tornare, naturalmente avvisandoli prima un'ulteriore volta. Credo che ogni altro commento sia superfluo. One star is too much! Why? Simple ... once you have signed the deed and paid the fee (expensive as for all notaries), in practice the customer no longer exists! On the occasion of the stipulation, I was told that within about 20 days I would find all my documentation on the profile of the firm's website, but after two months nothing arrived, despite a reminder via e-mail. I contact them by phone and, once I found Mrs. Maria, in less than five minutes I was finally able to get what I owed online (showing me how easy it was to recognize my right), with the promise that within 3-4 days I could also collect the paper format. I wait 10 days and go to the Marcianise office (naturally during office hours, therefore taking advantage of a permit from my work), but nothing, I am told that my file is nowhere to be found, that the employee is absent and that I will be forced to return, of course by giving them a further warning first. I think any other comment is superfluous.
