Abbiamo fatto un rogito da loro, e mentre nel preventivo che ci hanno mandato erano previsti circa 5000€ in tutto, quando abbiamo fatto tutto sono spuntati fuori altri 2000€ da pagare, come se la gente trovasse i soldi per strada. Inoltre, per il 730 servono i documenti di compravendita e del mutuo, e non solo devi richiederli perché sennò se li tengono per loro (come se non servisse quasi a nessuno una documentazione simile per fare la dichiarazione dei redditi), ma hanno mandato solo quelli di compravendita. Non da ultimo, a causa di ciò è stato perso del tempo, costringendo a riprenotare e chiedere altri permessi al lavoro per poter andare a fare il 730. Ed è un peccato, comunque, perché la dott.ssa Landi, che ci ha seguiti, è stata molto professionale. A mio avviso, sono alcuni dei dipendenti del ricevimento che sono incompetenti. Not recommended.
