★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati per ben due volte per avere un appuntamento con il notaio. La prima volta mi hanno risposto che mi avrebbero inviato un appuntamento via email per partecipare ad una videoconferenza, ma non ci è stato inviato nulla. La seconda che mi avrebbero ricontattato al telefono ma non si sono fatti più sentire. Se non erano interessati, avrebbero potuto dirlo chiaramente. Meglio così, mi hanno evitato un'esperienza potenzialmente spiacevole.
 I called them twice to have an appointment with the notary. The first time they replied that they would email me an appointment to attend a videoconference, but nothing was sent to us. The second that they would have contacted me on the phone but they have not been heard anymore. If they weren't interested, they could have made it clear. Better that way, they spared me a potentially unpleasant experience.
