★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto molto deluso dello studio medico polispecialistico " Aqua" .
Innanzi tutto non si rispetta l'ordine di arrivo o l'ora di prenotazione visita, passano avanti gli amici dello studio senza rispetto per mia figlia di due anni che aspettava da più di un'ora per una visita oculistica .
Dopo essermi lamentato finalmente siamo ricevuti dall'oculista, ma mia figlia oramai stanca e indisposta, piange e si agita senza dare la possibilità al medico di visitarla .
Concordiamo con il medico di spostare la visita ad un'altra data .
Uscendo la segreteria mi chiede comunque di pagare la prestazione di 82 euro.
Ditemi voi se questo è un comportamento corretto ed onesto !!!

We agree with the doctor to move the visit to another date.
On leaving the secretariat, however, he asks me to pay the € 82 service.
