★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato allo studio medico una settimana fa per una visita oculistica di controllo, avevo appuntamento alle 15:00 e dentro la piccola e angusta sala di attesa c’erano 12 persone ad aspettare senza una fonte di aria dall’esterno. A quel punto sono uscito ad aspettare fuori dallo studio, la scena è stata ancora più triste perché insieme a me c’erano ad aspettare fuori al freddo anche delle persone anziane mi hanno fatto entrare per la visita alle 15:45. Segretaria scortese che risponde male ai pazienti. Non ritornerò mai più nemmeno per un controllo.
I went to the doctor's office a week ago for an eye examination, I had an appointment at 3:00 pm and inside the small and cramped waiting room there were 12 people waiting without a source of air from outside. At that point I went out to wait outside the studio, the scene was even sadder because with me there were also elderly people waiting outside in the cold, they let me in for the visit at 3.45 pm. Rude secretary who responds badly to patients. I will never go back even for a checkup.
