Siamo un gruppo di 8 medici di base, forniamo assistenza in regime di convenzione con il SSN presso la ASL 1 di Massa e Carrara. L'organizzazione in "Medicina di gruppo" ci consente di garantire la presenza continua di 2-4 medici, per fornire il servizio anche ad assistiti di colleghi. La presenza di 3 collaboratori di studio e 2 figure infermieristiche snellisce le attese e consente anche servizio di primo soccorso, medicazioni, terapia initettiva e vaccinazioni. 5 stars for my personal satisfaction of being part of this group medicine, I ask the reader to consider this "conflict of interest". We are a group of 8 general practitioners, we provide assistance under the agreement with the NHS at the ASL 1 of Massa and Carrara. The organization in "Group Medicine" allows us to guarantee the continuous presence of 2-4 doctors, to provide the service also to assisted colleagues. The presence of 3 study collaborators and 2 nursing figures streamlines expectations and also allows first aid service, dressings, initiation therapy and vaccinations.

Il motivo del mio voto appena sufficiente è legato al segretario (uomo): una persona indisponente, al limite del maleducato, che non solo fa di tutto per NON andare incontro ai pazienti, talvolta anziani e sicuramente con problemi (o non si troverebbero dal medico), ma dispensa battute e considerazioni scortesi, dimostrando così una totale assenza di professionalità. Peccato perché rispetto delle segretarie (donne) potrei solo parlare bene; lui, tuttavia, fa veramente di tutto per rovinare l'ambiente e chi gli si rivolge trova un muro davanti a sé. Sinceramente credo che una persona del genere non dovrebbe lavorare a contatto col pubblico, perché è evidente che non ne abbia né la capacità né la predisposizione. The doctors are very good but I can't give five stars. The reason for my just sufficient vote is related to the secretary (man): an irritating person, bordering on rude, who not only does everything to NOT meet patients, sometimes elderly and certainly with problems (or they would not find themselves at the doctor ), but dispenses jokes and rude considerations, thus demonstrating a total lack of professionalism. Too bad because I respect the secretaries (women) I could only speak well; he, however, really does everything to ruin the environment and whoever turns to him finds a wall in front of him. I honestly believe that such a person should not work in contact with the public, because it is evident that he has neither the ability nor the predisposition.
