Iniziato l'antibiotico, il gonfiore alla guancia è andato peggiorando. Mi sono recata allo studio dietro appuntamento, perché la situazione andava peggiorando, ed ho incontrato il Dott. Cappelletti, il quale, visibilmente scocciato, mi ha trattato da perfetta ignorante, con un atteggiamento che un professionista non dovrebbe avere, sia per il ruolo e la preparazione che ha, sia perché i soldi che porta il cliente sono tutti uguali, che provengano da un milionario o da una commessa o da un infermiere o dall'ultimo dei pensionati. C'è modo e modo di trattare con le persone e, nel momento in cui tu libero professionista ti permetti di trattarle con sufficienza, come se fossi la Prima Donna di Francia, mi permetto di considerare che, forse, soldi e pubblicità per la tua attività non te ne servano.Questa caduta di stile, questa assenza di garbo, mi fanno pensare che la professionalità di questo medico non sia all'altezza del titolo che vanta. Il risultato di ciò è che il lavoro che avrei dovuto fare, lo farà un'altra medico e ho portato via con me anche la mia famiglia.
