Alla fine Qualcuno si è stancato di sentire squillare il telefono, ha tirato sú e ha buttato giù!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centralino è letteralmente una presa per i fondelli. Mi mettono in attesa a posizione 4 per 15min. Il tempo scende arrivi a posizione 2 con attesa di 1 min, per poi iniziare ad aumentare da 2, 3... e arrivare ai 15 min iniziali. Ma veramente ci vuole così tanto a prendere un appuntamento? Fate più bella figura a staccare direttamente il telefono, almeno non facevate PERDERE DEL TEMPO ALLA GENTE PER NIENTE. VERGOGNA
The switchboard is literally a jackpot. They put me on hold at position 4 for 15min. The time goes down when you arrive at position 2 with a wait of 1 min, and then begins to increase from 2, 3 ... and arrive at the initial 15 min. But does it really take that long to make an appointment? Make a better impression by unplugging the phone directly, at least you didn't make PEOPLE WASTE TIME FOR NOTHING. SHAME
