Studio medico disorganizzato, impossibile mettersi in contatto se non dopo millemila tentativi e un ora di attesa al telefono (ma stiamo scherzando?!?!?), non rispondono alle e-mail. Capisco il carico di lavoro delle segretarie ma qui non c è nessuna giustificazione a un'inefficienza del genere. Da evitare assolutamente. Indecent. Disorganized medical office, impossible to get in touch until after a thousand thousand attempts and an hour of waiting on the phone (are we kidding?!?!?), They do not respond to e-mails. Nonostante le continue e ripetute chiamate , anche 5 al giorno ed in orari diversi , si viene reindirizzati sempre alla segreteria telefonica che avvisa che le operatrici sono troppo impegnate per rispondere . È vergognoso che i medici , specialisti e pediatri che prestano servizio in questa struttura continuino ad avvalersi della suddetta per svolgere la propria professione . The Affrico doctor's office has not been reachable for over a week. A	Anna Maria Pinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima per mia madre ipovedente, purtroppo no ho potuto accompagnarla perchè non ero riuscita a trovare parcheggio, è stata trattata malissimo ed è uscita dallo studio piangendo. La signora all'accettazione si dovrebbe vergognare con una signora così anziana, un giorno toccherà anche a lei invecchiare, si tratta di una ruota che gira, vorrei vedere a 96 anni ci vuole un po' di rispetto e comprensione. Vergogna! Bad experience for my visually impaired mother, unfortunately I was unable to accompany her because I could not find a parking space, she was treated very badly and left the office crying. Imbarazzanti, chiamo alle 9 per prenotare una visita telefono sempre occupato (ho effettuato 40 telefonate allego foto) quando finalmente riesco a prendere la linea mi viene detto che sono il ventesimo numero rimango fino alle 11 al telefono aspettando il mio turno, finalmente dopo 2 ore di attesa ero il numero 1 in linea, indovinate un po'? Mi hanno riattaccato. Veramente uno schifo non ho altre parole per descrivere ciò che è successo. EMBARRASSING! You could put 0 stars I would put them. Se potessi non ci metterei mai piede per due ragioni: c'è sempre fila ed ora, grazie al Covid è allucinante. Questa mattina, in attesa di ritirare una ricetta, ho dovuto fare una lunga fila, credo che ci fossero almeno 15 persone davanti a me per fare la stessa operazione. Sono dell'opinione che abbiano poco personale di segreteria per svolgere tutti i compiti. Il telefono squilla in continuazione infatti se posso non telefono nemmeno. La segreteria prende anche gli appuntamenti per i vari, numerosi medici. Troppo per, credo, tre persone...ma io ne ho viste solo due alla volta. La segreteria responsabile non è molto cortese ma è efficiente, comunque la capisco: ha sulle sue spalle il funzionamento dell'attività di molte persone. L'ambiente è moderno e sarebbe comodo se le persone non dovessero aspettare in piedi, lungo le scale, fino al portone di ingresso. Se trovate un medico con uno studio più "umano" vi consiglio di non venire qui. In the office there are general practitioners and specialists. There is also a nursing service. The environment is modern and it would be comfortable if people did not have to wait standing, along the stairs, until the entrance door. If you find a doctor with a more "human" practice, I advise you not to come here.

Non c'è modo di prendere la linea, se sei fortunato a essere messo in coda, quando manca pochi numeri al tuo numero cade la linea, se poi per qualche allineamento astrale riesci a parlare con le segretarie vieni trattato con aggressività e maleducazione. Mi dispiace, ma sono costretta a cambiare medico anche perché irraggiungibile pure durante la reperibilità telefonica. Impossible to talk to. Impossibile parlare, prendere appuntamenti, informazioni. Non rispondono mai. Due numeri, e quando hai la grazia che rispondano, e possono passare giorni, hai attese anche di un'ora. Non sconsiglito, di più! Mi dispiace per la Dottoressa sono costretta a cambiarla. If I could give zero stars I would give them. Really fantastic and helpful doctor, but this medical office is pitiful. Impossible to talk, make appointments, information. They never answer.
