Ad es. ho fatto la richiesta per la ricetta dei farmaci dal sito 10 giorni fa (sulla quale ho specificato di mandarmelo sulla mail perché non sono a Rovereto - la dott.ssa é sempre gentile e mi manda le ricette per mail però é assente da un pò) e non mi hanno ancora risposto. Ogni volta che chiamo la segreteria non risponde nessuno. Se rispondono, sono molto maleducate ed acide.
Bad organization. Eg. I made the request for the prescription of the drugs from the site 10 days ago (on which I specified to send it to me on the email because I am not in Rovereto - the doctor is always kind and sends me the prescriptions by email but has been absent for a while) and they haven't answered me yet. Every time I call the answering machine, no one answers. If they respond, they are very rude and sour.
