D	Daniele Caputo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centralino suona a vuoto quindi per qualsiasi cosa devi per forza presentarti di persona. Ottima scelta in periodo di pandemia... Anche prima della pandemia il servizio era pessimo. Ti presentavi li, all’ingresso ti davano un numerino e ti dicevano “puoi tornare qui alle 10:30” (e magari erano le 8 del mattino) così se non abiti nelle vicinanze sei costretto a farti dei giri a vuoto nei dintorni. The switchboard rings blank so for anything you have to show up in person. Great choice during a pandemic ... Even before the pandemic the service was bad. You showed up there, at the entrance they gave you a number and told you "you can come back here at 10:30" (and maybe it was 8 in the morning) so if you don't live nearby you are forced to go around the neighborhood.

BUT HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT HERE NO ONE EVER EVER EVER ANSWER ON THE PHONE OF THE MEDICAL OFFICE, AT ANY TIME EVER ??????? what the hell do you give out the note of the times to call, then if the switchboard tune goes on for more than half an hour with the message "stay on the line so as not to lose the priority acquired" ?????

È da Febbraio che sono sotto a un medico che lavora presso questo centro e ad oggi non ho avuto modo di conoscerla perché la segretaria non risponde MAI al telefono. Unica volta che ho preso appuntamento col sostituto la dott.sa se n'è andata via perché non le risultava la prenotazione....Come me altri pazienti lamentano il disservizio. Cosa aspettiamo a risolvere il problema? Embarrassing! I have been under a doctor who works at this center since February and to date I have not had the opportunity to meet her because the secretary NEVER answers the phone. The only time I made an appointment with the substitute, the doctor left because she did not know the reservation .... Like me, other patients complain about the disservice. What are we waiting for to solve the problem?

Allego la foto del foglio che mi ha dato la segretaria. Ma nonostante le indicazioni date è davvero impossibile riuscire a prenotare una visita. L'unica volta che ho avuto udienza, presentandomi alla porta in stampelle per una banale impegnativa, la segretaria ha avuto l'ardire di redarguirmi perchè loro "hanno molti pazienti". Neanche a dirlo, lo studio - un casolare al limite della fatiscenza - era deserto. Il dubbio che sia tutta una farsa per poter avere lo stipendio statale è molto molto forte. Ad ogni modo, cambiate medico. (Il mio era il Sig. Colella) I changed my GP earlier than made me answer the phone.
