Ho subito incontrato delle persone umane oltre che professionali, che fanno del loro mestiere una vocazione alla giustizia, lontanamente paragonabile all’inclinazione al denaro che caratterizza tanti soggetti che portano il nome di avvocato. Il primo traguardo raggiunto è stato farmi ottenere il rimborso delle spese avute nei confronti di un altro legale, che ha provocato più danni di quanti non ne avessi già subiti, portandomi vicino ad una causa (e relativi costi) con mediazione nulla. Il gran capolavoro è stato invece il rimborso del danno sanitario, ottenuto tramite transazione, senza quindi ricorrere ad una causa, con ovvio risparmio di tempo e denaro. Non posso fare altro che ringraziare lo Studio Legale Tusa Salvetti per la cura con cui mi ha assistito e non posso che consigliarlo a chiunque ne avesse bisogno. A little more than 6 months ago, I turned to the Tusa Salvetti Law Firm for health damage (I was followed by the lawyer Laura Salvetti). I immediately met human as well as professional people, who make their profession a vocation to justice, remotely comparable to the inclination to money that characterizes so many people who bear the name of lawyer. The first goal achieved was to get me to get reimbursement of the expenses I had against another lawyer, who caused more damage than I had already suffered, bringing me close to a lawsuit (and related costs) with no mediation. The great masterpiece, on the other hand, was the reimbursement of health damage, obtained through a transaction, therefore without resorting to a lawsuit, with obvious savings in time and money. I can only thank the Tusa Salvetti Law Firm for the care with which they assisted me and I can only recommend it to anyone who needs it. It will continue to be my point of reference.
