G	Gianmarco Olivieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto l'avvocato Marino dopo aver consultato anche altri avvocati e commercialisti. Le ragioni della mia scelta sono state principalmente tre. La prima riguarda la strategia difensiva di merito che mi è sembrata la più solida e convincente tra quelle che mi sono state proposte. La seconda è il costo della parcella, che pur essendo non indifferente visto il valore molto elevato del contenzioso, è stato comunque inferiore rispetto alla richiesta di altri avvocati. La terza ed ultima ragione è che l'avvocato Marino è stato l'unico tra gli avvocati da me consultati, ad aver rilevato dei vizi nell'atto giudiziario tali da farlo ritenere nullo, circostanza la quale ci ha permesso di ottenere in effetti l'annullamento dell'atto giudiziario in commissione tributaria, almeno per il primo grado. Spero che l'avvocato abbia ragione nel ritenere che visto che la sentenza si esprime su ragioni preliminari di nullità, prima che di merito, difficilmente l'Agenzia delle Entrate potrebbe avere ragione nel proporre appello. Devo riconoscere inoltre all'avvocato Marino correttezza e trasparenza. I chose the lawyer Marino after consulting other lawyers and accountants. The reasons for my choice were mainly three. The first concerns the defense strategy of merit which seemed to me the most solid and convincing among those proposed to me. The second is the cost of the fee, which although not indifferent given the very high value of the dispute, was still lower than the request of other lawyers. The third and final reason is that the lawyer Marino was the only one among the lawyers I consulted, to have found defects in the judicial act such as to make it considered null, a circumstance which allowed us to actually obtain the annulment of the judicial act in the tax commission, at least for the first degree. I hope that the lawyer is right in believing that since the sentence is expressed on preliminary reasons of nullity, rather than on the merits, the Revenue Agency could hardly be right in proposing an appeal. I must also recognize the lawyer Marino correctness and transparency.
