Parliamo di un professionista outsider, un avvocato che svolge la sua professione distaccandosi decisamente dalla media dei suoi colleghi. Un approccio totalmente diverso, fondando le Sue arringhe su argomentazioni che non si limitano all'analisi prettamente giuridica, ma, esponendo le dinamiche della problematica affrontando le ripercussioni umane e psicologiche di chi vive una sofferenza contrattuale che incide sul quoad vitam del Suo assistito. Tutto ciò modifica in maniera incisiva l'ottica nella quale vengono esposti i fatti. L'azienda sarebbe stata in pericolo di chiusura, e questo solo perche una banca aveva approfittato della buona fede dei soci. Il caso è stato studiato nei minimi dettagli. Ci sono state illustrate le varie strategie e messi al corrente di pregi e difetti di ognuna di esse. Abbiamo ascoltato lo studio e oggi dopo diversi anni, possiamo dire che questa spada di Damocle è stata finalmente tolta dalla nostra testa. Nel frattempo ci siamo avvalsi dello studio per altre piccole pratiche sempre andate a buon fine. Poi gli abbiamo affidato tutte le pratiche del Team corse. Insomma in ogni campo lo studio ha saputo destreggiarsi in maniera ottimale. CONSIGLIATISSIMO...... We came to the studio with a very, very big problem.
