Mr Cecatiello is once again threatening me with a lawsuit for having left him a negative review.
May 2021
I left Mr Cecatiello an honest review. Mr Cecatiello immediately threatened me with legal action and claims for damages, saying my review was disparaging, defamatory, had lost him business and had breached his personal data. None of these claims reflects reality.
Mr Cecatiello was my lawyer between June 2020 and March 2021 in a case involving the rights of my young daughters under Italian law. I paid him €7485,92 for his professional services, and unfortunately had to make a formal, written complaint to him about specific issues relating to his fees and his "defence strategy".
I took on a new lawyer mid- proceedings and she was able to quickly establish a good rapport with the opposing lawyer and the judge, and finally a settlement was reached.
I consider hiring Mr Cecatiello one of my biggest mistakes in my separation proceedings.
Based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend Mr Cecatiello.

I then came across Armando Cecatiello and as soon as I met him, I was relieved and knew he would be my lawyer . Armando has an air of gravitas about him that gave me confidence, he understood the complex international laws and strategies to help me achieve my desired outcome.
