★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'avv Birolla Cristina è stata da me incaricata come legale di parte nella risoluzione di un contenzioso-ricorso ex art. 696-696 bis c.p.c. tra me e un architetto, ex direttore dei lavori di ristrutturazione a casa mia. Il suo atteggiamento è stato superficiale, la definirei quantomeno sfuggente, scarso interesse generale e poca motivazione nel far valere le mie ragioni. Pessima la comunicazione, non risponde al telefono e non si preoccupa di richiamare. Nella fase finale del contenzioso non ha voluto prendersi carico di acquisire dei documenti importanti depositati agli atti, che erano l'oggetto stesso del ricorso, poichè secondo lei dovevo procurarmeli io, chiedendoli alla parte ricorrente. Prima di scrivere la presente, ho provato per l'ennesima volta a contattarla, per superare positivamente la vicenda, ma, riconoscendole grande coerenza in questo, rimane praticamente irraggiungibile. Nessuna risposta ad email o telefonate per ottenere una semplice indicazione.
The lawyer Birolla Cristina was appointed by me as a legal party in the resolution of a dispute-appeal pursuant to art. 696-696 bis c.p.c. between me and an architect, former director of renovations to my home. Her attitude was superficial, I would define her at least elusive, little general interest and little motivation in asserting my reasons. Bad communication, does not answer the phone and does not bother to call back. In the final phase of the litigation, she did not want to take on the task of acquiring important documents filed with the records, which were the very subject of the appeal, since according to her I had to get them myself, asking the appellant for them. Before writing this, I tried for the umpteenth time to contact her, to positively overcome the story, but, recognizing her great consistency in this, she remains practically unattainable. No response to emails or phone calls to get a simple indication.
