★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racconto la mia pessima esperienza con questo studio legale. Il sig. Briguglio si presenta all'appuntamento con me 45 minuti in ritardo facendomi perdere un impegno lavorativo, che mi è costato 50€.
Si presenta in ritardo, non si scusa, e mi chiede di firmare una delega in bianco, e solo successivamente alla firma in bianco, mi parla dei costi della sua consulenza e del fatto che non conosce ancora nulla riguardo all'argomento per cui chiedevo assistenza e che avrebbe avuto bisogno di studiarlo.
A quel punto congedo il signor Briguglio dicendogli che gli avrei fatto sapere nel giro di alcuni giorni riguardo alla mia intenzione di proseguire con lui l'azione legale. Decido però di avvalermi di un altro professionista.
Nei mesi successivi, l' "avvocato" mi chiama e scrive con insistenza pretendendo una parcella che non ho ancora capito a quanto ammonterebbe.
Siccome la speranza è l'ultima a morire, mi auguro che questo con il signor Briguglio sia solo uno spiacevole malinteso che si risolverà con un messaggio di scuse da parte Sua, ed una stretta di mano.
Nel frattempo non consiglio a nessuno una esperienza di questo tipo: ci rechiamo dagli avvocati per risolvere problemi, non per averne di nuovi e perdere tempo, tempo, e ancora tempo.

In the following months, the "lawyer" calls me and writes insistently demanding a fee that I have not yet understood what it would amount to.
Since hope is the last to die, I hope this with Mr. Briguglio is only an unpleasant misunderstanding which will be resolved with a message of apology from you, and a handshake.
In the meantime, I do not recommend an experience of this type to anyone: we go to lawyers to solve problems, not to have new ones and waste time, time, and time.
