★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equitalia Sud S.p.A. aveva iscritto una ipoteca su un immobile di proprietà di mio padre per un valore di 100.000,00 euro, sommando una serie di cartelle esattoriali che si riferivano anche a crediti previdenziali risalenti agli anni '80.
Volevamo pagare, vendendo un terreno, ma l'Avvocato Spagnoletti è riuscito a convincerci a fare ricorso alla Commissione Tributaria Provinciale di Lecce ed al Giudice Unico del Lavoro di Lecce, ritenendo che la gran parte dei crediti fosse prescritta e che, conseguentemente, andasse annullata anche l'iscrizione di ipoteca.
Il Giudice Unico del Lavoro ci ha dato ragione. Equitalia ha proposto appello, ma la Corte di Appello di Lecce, Sezione Lavoro, ha confermato la sentenza di primo grado, annullando, oltre alla iscrizione di ipoteca, crediti asseritamente vantati dal concessionario per quasi quarantamila euro.
 Equitalia Sud S.p.A. had registered a mortgage on a property owned by my father for a value of 100,000.00 euros, adding a series of tax assessments that also referred to social security credits dating back to the 1980s.
We wanted to pay, selling a land, but the lawyer Spagnoletti managed to convince us to appeal to the Provincial Tax Commission of Lecce and to the Single Labor Judge of Lecce, believing that most of the credits were prescribed and that, consequently, should be canceled also mortgage registration.
The Single Labor Judge has proved us right. Equitalia has appealed, but the Lecce Court of Appeal, Labor Section, upheld the first instance ruling, canceling, in addition to the mortgage registration, claims allegedly claimed by the concessionaire for almost forty thousand euros.
