★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esistono gli Chef stellati. Dovrebbero esistere anche gli Avvocati stellati. Quelli con la A maiuscola. Perchè dico questo? Perché conosco la parola riconoscenza. De paola e Longhitano sono davvero bravi e gli auguro ogni bene. Racconto brevemente la mia esperienza. Mia figlia in poco tempo è riuscita a liberarsi dell'inquilino e a vendere casa. Le disgrazie però non vengono mai da sole però e qualche mese dopo è stata licenziata dal posto di lavoro. Con un figlio a carico e un mutuo sulle spalle per l'alloggetto che affitta ditemi voi come doveva fare. La soluzione a ogni male però si chiama De Paola Longhitano. Un colpo di telefono, qualche mese in attesa e il posto di lavoro e tornato indietro a mia figlia, che si è pure fatta pagare gli straordinari che non le avevano fino ad allora pagato. per mia esperienza: prima di andare da altri, pensateci un attimo e date un colpo di telefono a questi due che la sanno lunga. In genere non ci si augura di andare dall'avvocato...io invece dico a loro GRAZIE e arrivederci.

Una benedizione averli trovati sul mio cammino. Meno male che mi ci ha indirizzo la signora da cui ho comprato casa. sia benedetta pure lei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Licenziato senza pietà dal datore in tempo di covid e disperato e alla canna del gas mi rivolgo a questo studio per far valere le mie ragioni e senza farmi troppe speranze mi affido a loro.Un anno e mezzo dopo vinco la causa contro l’azienda è ottengo la reintegra ma scelgo di non rientrare e farmi dare l’indennità per il licenziamento, 15 mensilità al posto della reintegra e differenze retributive. Ho preso circa 50k euro. Oggi ho un nuovo posto e soprattutto ho dato una bella lezione al mio ex datore. Non so come ringraziare questi onesti e bravi avvocati che mi hanno fatto tornare a credere che la Giustizia - quella con la G maiuscola - ancora esiste. Prezzi onesti e secondo le tariffe di legge. Se dovessi avere ancora bisogno sicuramente tornerei da loro. Sia benedetto in giorno che ho bussato alla loro porta. Consigliatissimi.
