Già nel primissimo incontro viene spiegato l'iter dell'azione che si vuole intraprendere, sia nelle tempistiche necessarie e sia nelle spese da sostenere. Il cliente ed i suoi bisogni vengono ascoltati e compresi, sono al centro della "giungla" giuridica e vengono prima degli interessi dello studio stesso. Rivolgersi ad uno studio non è mai semplice, perchè difficilmente si fa per motivi "positivi" ma sempre per provare a risolvere un problema: nel mio caso, sapere che i miei diritti avevano un'assoluta centralità anche per l'avvocato mi ha fatto affrontare la situazione con assoluta serenità e fiducia. Credo che questo valga più di 5 stelle. Punctuality, professionalism, empathy and transparency. Contacting a firm is never easy, because it is difficult to do it for "positive" reasons but always to try to solve a problem: in my case, knowing that my rights had an absolute centrality also for the lawyer made me face the situation with absolute serenity and confidence. Purtroppo questo era anche lo studio legale convenzionato con il sindacato CGIL che ha seguito il fallimento della ditta per la quale io e altri dieci colleghi lavoravamo. Altri colleghi invece, non iscritti al sindacato ,hanno scelto un'altra via, facendosi seguire da altro studio legale. Dopo qualche mese loro hanno recuperato il dovuto, per noi seguiti invece dall'Avvocato Serafini ci sono voluti ben 2 anni. Per non parlare delle spese legali, il triplo rispetto a quelle dei colleghi.Da questa pessima esperienza ho anche chiuso i rapporti con il sindacato CGIL al quale ero iscritto da 10 anni. From this bad experience I also closed relations with the CGIL trade union to which I had been a member for 10 years.

Agli assistiti viene sempre spiegato tutto con la massima trasparenza, proprio perché consapevoli che il percorso giudiziario molto spesso risulta di difficile orientamento. Sfruttando la convenzione con la CGIL ho potuto affrontare i costi per le cause senza alcun problema e posso dichiarare che per la mole di lavoro che viene svolto, il compenso sotto convenzione è assolutamente “irrisorio”. Infine, come ulteriore testimonianza, posso dire che grazie al loro lavoro ho ottenuto tutto quello che potevo. Sicuramente consigliato, io non lo cambierei mai. Taking advantage of the agreement with the CGIL I was able to face the costs for the causes without any problem and I can declare that for the amount of work that is carried out, the remuneration under the agreement is absolutely “negligible”. Finally, as a further testimony, I can say that thanks to their work I have achieved everything I could. Definitely recommended, I would never change it.
