★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è capitato di aver effettuato dei bonifici indicando un IBAN errato e, avendo scoperto l’errore a distanza di settimane dall’operazione, mi sono rivolto all’Avvocato Rizzo per potere avviare la pratica di storno dei bonifici ed ottenere la restituzione delle somme. Inoltre, mi ha aiutato a risolvere un contenzioso con il Fornitore a seguito della richiesta di pagamento di fatture a conguaglio per dei consumi di gas non dovuti perché già pagati e comunque ormai prescritti.
Davvero un professionista impeccabile.
 I happened to have made transfers indicating an incorrect IBAN and, having discovered the error weeks after the operation, I contacted Attorney Rizzo to be able to start the transfer procedure and obtain the refund of the sums. In addition, it helped me to resolve a dispute with the Supplier following the request for payment of invoices in balance for gas consumption not due because it has already been paid and in any case now prescribed.
