Lo studio non è andato avanti in quanto mancavano le credenziali, a distanza di un anno causa covid etc sono andato a chiedere nota di accredito e rimborso della somma perche non avevano fatto assolutamente nulla. L'avvocato si è rifiutato di rendere in dietro la somma dicendo che la consulenza ha un costo quando non c'è stata nessuna consulenza e nessuna richiesta di informazioni ed a dimostrarlo è la stessa lettera da lui firmata che riporta "quota versata per sollecito della pratica". Non hanno fatto assolutamente nulla e hanno guadagnato 100 euro gratuitamente!! Questa è stata la mia esperienza personale che condivido non per sminuire lo studio ma per l'assenza di professionalità ed etica dimostrata ad un cliente. I gave 100 € to ask for the association of the legal representative to my account of the interior ministry for the request request for a reminder for the practice. The study did not go ahead as the credentials were missing, after a year due to covid etc I went to ask for a credit note and refund of the sum because they had done absolutely nothing. The lawyer refused to return the sum, saying that the consultancy has a cost when there was no consultancy and no request for information and to prove it is the same letter signed by him which states "fee paid as a reminder of the practice". They did absolutely nothing and earned 100 euros for free !! This was my personal experience that I share not to belittle the study but for the lack of professionalism and ethics shown to a client.
