★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon giorno sono Gianni , nel mese di settembre 15 , inizio la battaglia di separazione , a 14 mesi sono costretto ha cambiare legale , in merito non tutela mia figlia Teresa , e non mi difende me come cliente , la legge prima tutela i figli minori , nel contesto si può modificare la sentenza precedente , in sostanza avendo un lavoro precario meno 1000 € e non pagando piu l'affitto 370 € posso pagare gli alimenti alla figlia . Tutto questo dice l'avv. Eugenia Zanella non è possibile ,ma si vuole tutelare i minori si o no ! ?
