La comunicazione non è sempre stata limpida, e lo studio ha commesso alcune sviste, la più grave delle quali è avermi mandato per errore la dichiarazione dei redditi di un altro cliente. Non ho mai ricevuto una parola di scuse per questi disguidi. Anzi, in risposta a una mia osservazione la titolare si è permessa di rispondermi in modo sarcastico. Professionalità significa anche, e forse soprattutto, cortesia e rispetto verso il cliente. Qui non le ho trovate. I was a client of Studio Lauro for two years. Unfortunately I can't say I'm satisfied with the service. The communication has not always been clear, and the studio has committed some oversights, the most serious of which is having mistakenly sent me another client's tax return. I never received a word of apology for these mistakes. Indeed, in response to one of my observations, the owner was allowed to answer me sarcastically.
