Nach 2 Jahren ist die Lampe kaputt, der Händler insolvent und keine kümmert sich um den Ersatz bzw das Ersatzteil. Auch auf Anfrage bei der Firma direkt, keinerlei Reaktion. Qualität der Produkte wiedergespiegelt in miesem Kundenservice.
Kann man nur von abraten und eine Lampe für 20€ kaufen, macht weniger Ärger und kosten!
My parents bought a lamp from this company from a local dealer for a whopping 600 €. After 2 years the lamp is broken, the dealer insolvent and no one cares about the replacement or the spare part. Also on request directly from the company, no reaction. Product quality reflected in lousy customer service.
One can only advise against and buy a lamp for 20 €, causes less trouble and costs!
