Peccato che quando arriva l'assegno (nel mio caso nel 2018)con la proposta della controparte e gli dici che non sei proprio convinta sia equo per motivi vari, loro ti dicono una "frase" del tipo: si signora, riusciremo ad avere qualcosina in più, ma intanto lo accetti come acconto e poi ci aggiorniamo... Incassate le loro spese, come giusto che sia, ho chiamato un paio di volte nei mesi a seguire e mi rispondono "ci stiamo lavorando" ,poi non li ho più sentiti... Se dite subito: signora guardi più di così non si riesce, credo sarebbe più corretto e uno si regola!! Overall nothing to say; friendly, professional me also anticipated medical expenses ... Allo Studio Isbe che mi è stato consigliato ho trovato molta competenza professionalità ed efficienza e non solo. Con i titolari Paolo ed Emanuele si è instaurato subito un rapporto di fiducia, in particolar modo con Paolo che non solo mi ha seguito in maniera eccellente ma mi ha dimostrato comprensione e sensibilità per la situazione, cosa che non si trova spesso in giro. È un ambiente con accoglienza famigliare cortesia e disponibilità. Sono riusciti a trarre il massimo dalla pratica che mi coinvolgeva. Un grazie a Federica che collabora con loro con estrema efficienza. Last year I suffered an accident in a period already very tried.
