★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno sono il signor Marangon Sabino Daniele residente in Torino via Cenischia 50 /1 casa ATC AMNINISTRATORE esterno GIUGLINI mi spiego bene dunque ho avuto un anno nel 2018 di infiltrazioni d acqua a causa della pioggia dopo un anno e 40 50 chiamate hanno mandato una persona ad aggiustare una tegola rotta ma il danno è nn solo la tegola ma l intero soffitto è pareti della camera da letto xche e tutto una macchia nera di muffa e calcinaccio che cade e v dormo in un ambiente non sano ma dopo 3 anni di discussioni e con ATC che la segretaria a anche sentito che dice di aprire l assicurazione cosa che non vuole fare xche dice che siccome la casa è intestata ATC è quindi i lavori che loro farebbero i soldi nn arriverebbero a loro ma all ATC e quindi questo è il risultato una camera malsana peccato che non posso postare le foto e quindi un amministratore non competente
Da 1 a 10 ma mezzo punto forse ? lo metterei
Hello I am Mr. Marangon Sabino Daniele resident in Turin via Cenischia 50/1 casa ATC external ADMINISTRATOR GIUGLINI I mean well so I had a year in 2018 of water infiltrations due to rain after a year and 40 50 calls sent a person to fix a broken tile but the damage is not just the tile but the whole ceiling is the bedroom walls because it's all a black stain of mold and rubble falling and i sleep in an unhealthy environment but after 3 years of discussions and with ATC that the secretary has also heard that he says to open the insurance which he does not want to do because he says that since the house is registered ATC it is therefore the jobs that they would make the money would not come to them but to ATC and therefore this is the result of a room unhealthy pity that I can not post photos and therefore a non-competent administrator
