Ho fatto delle fotocopie pagando quasi 0.15 centesimi a pagina e mi è stato offerto un buono di 25 foto OMAGGIO. Peccato che avrei dovuto pagare l'ordine €2.90 tramite l'app, nonostante mi fosse stato detto, il giorno in cui ho fatto le fotocopie, che le foto sarebbero state GRATUITE. Non è la questione prezzo ad avermi infastidito, quanto l'incoerenza nel non dire espressamente tutto ciò che c'era da sapere in primo luogo.
Incoherent and unprofessional
I made some photocopies for almost 0.15 cents per page and was offered a voucher of 25 FREE photos. Too bad I would have had to pay the order € 2.90 through the app, despite being told, the day I made the photocopies, that the photos would be FREE. It is not the price issue that bothered me, but the inconsistency in not expressly saying everything there was to know in the first place.
