Dapprima ho ricevuto assistenza dalla collaboratrice, sempre cortese e disponibile. Il titolare invece, che si è limitato a presentarsi in un'unica visita presso l'abitazione, si è occupato di farmi pervenire alcuni preventivi per l'atto di acquisto, purtroppo tutti errati. Per questo ho dovuto poi gestire la cosa in piena autonomia. Preoccupata per la tutela non ricevuta, ho chiesto per iscritto una dichiarazione che contemplasse il buono stato di tutti gli impianti, cosa tra l'altro concessa. Il giorno del rogito invece, non solo ho realizzato, assieme al notaio, che gli impianti non fossero assolutamente a norma come invece dichiarato sia dall'agenzia, sia dalla proprietaria di casa, ma abbiamo constatato ci fossero degli importanti lavori di rifacimento degli impianti fognari, che entrambi conoscevano. Tali gravi mancanze e omissioni denotano una profonda assenza di professionalità e correttezza. I recently bought a house in Portogruaro, followed by the Falcomer agency. On the day of the deed instead, not only did I realize, together with the notary, that the systems were not absolutely up to standard, as instead declared by both the agency and the owner of the house, but we found that there were important renovation works on the sewage systems , which they both knew. These serious shortcomings and omissions denote a profound lack of professionalism and correctness.
