I medici sono competenti e preparati, il grandissimo problema è che in segreteria non rispondono MAI al telefono, MAI, non so come sia possibile una cosa del genere, ma è vergognoso. E in segreteria sono sempre in due, anche in tre e non è possibile che tre persone non riescano a rispondere per prendere appuntamenti con i medici. I have a general practitioner in this facility and have also had specialist visits here. The doctors are competent and prepared, the big problem is that they NEVER answer the phone on the answering machine, NEVER, I don't know how such a thing is possible, but it's shameful. And there are always two in the secretariat, even three and it is not possible for three people to fail to answer to make appointments with the doctors.

E se una persona chiama è perché ha bisogno di un consulto medico o un appuntamento. Il mio dott. è sicuramente competente ma la segreteria o le segretarie sono davvero insufficienti per uno studio medico 5 phone calls for 1 hour and 27 minutes without ever having an answer, as a positive tomorrow I will be forced to go to the office to request a medical certificate which in this period we should do everything to avoid these situations. My dr. he is certainly competent but the secretariat or secretaries are really insufficient for a doctor's office
