Scarsissima considerazione dei pazienti con esenzione (che non vengono più nemmeno visitati dal dottor Bannò). I pazienti a pagamento ricevono invece maggiore attenzione, e questo comportamento è moralmente disdicevole ed estremamente carente sotto il profilo professionale. -- Il tono di questa vostra risposta conferma che non avete più alcuna cura del paziente. Quando in uno studio medico iniziano a prevalere le ragioni del business, questa arroganza e questo disinteresse per il paziente sono il risultato. Non eravate così. Già il fatto che ora si prenota una visita e non si sa più da quale medico si venga visitati (anche se si è stati seguiti per anni dal dott. Bannò), denota che avete rotto il rapporto di fiducia con il paziente in favore del mero guadagno economico. Bad organization of the study, a lot of superficiality in the patient's visit. Ho subito di recente un intervento di cataratta presso il suo Studio, le confesso che come in qualsiasi intervento, avevo qualche timore, ma è con grande soddisfazione che devo dirle che tutto si è svolto nel migliore dei modi e il suo staff ha fatto di tutto affinchè mi sentissi quel giorno a mio agio. Adesso sono pronto a fare l'intervento all'altro occhio perchè so esattamente a cosa andrò incontro. Piccola nota per quello che leggo e per l'esperienza maturata, è triste vedere che ci sono utenti-pazienti (o pseudo tali...diffidare sempre delle recensioni 1 stella, non sono obbiettive e spesso sono gratuitamente denigratorie) che assegnano 1 stella al suo Studio con motivazioni davvero ridicole. Anch'io ho atteso al telefono come in un qualsiasi centralino super affollato (vista la bontà dello Studio e dei suoi professionisti) ma alla fine sono riuscito a prenotare. Credo che ognuno di noi dovrebbe avere l'onestà intellettuale di considerare che un giudizio negativo (falso) potrebbe mettere disonestamente in cattiva luce seri professionisti che lavorano scrupolosamente per la salute dei pazienti. I recently underwent a cataract surgery at your office, I confess that as in any surgery, I had some fears, but it is with great satisfaction that I have to tell you that everything went well and your staff did everything to make me feel at ease that day. Now I am ready to have the surgery on the other eye because I know exactly what I will face. Small note for what I read and for the experience gained, it is sad to see that there are users-patients (or pseudo-patients ... always be wary of 1-star reviews, they are not objective and are often free of charge disparaging) who assign 1 star to the his studio with really ridiculous reasons. I too waited on the phone as in any super crowded switchboard (given the goodness of the firm and its professionals) but in the end I managed to book. I believe that each of us should have the intellectual honesty to consider that a negative (false) judgment could dishonestly put serious professionals working scrupulously for the health of patients in a bad light.

Un particolare ringraziamento al Dott. Bannò che è riuscito a risolvermi un problema che altri professionisti non erano riusciti a risolvere. Ho già pianificato nel mese di Febbraio l'intervento per risolvere la mia miopia e sono certo che mi affiderò in mani esperte che riusciranno a restituirmi la vista così farò a meno dei fastidiosissimi occhiali. Non solo non si riesce mai a poter prendere la linea per prenotare, ma una volta sul posto si ha anche l'amara sorpresa di trovare chiuso il giovedì pomeriggio. Senza neanche un cartello che dia spiegazioni. Oggi ce lo siamo chiesti più di varie persone. Non avete un minimo di accortezza verso chi si sposta per arrivare fino al centro per una prenotazione impossibile da gestire al telefono. Praticamente terzo mondo. Perché se è vero, come avete risposto in passato a delle lamentele, che non siete un call center rispondere al telefono fa comunque parte imprescindibile del vostro lavoro che diversamente fa denotare una cattiva gestione dello stesso.
