Il dottore ha osservato il problema e, senza stabilire una diagnosi, mi ha comunicato dopo una visita di nemmeno 10 minuti che il problema non è di sua competenza. Questo consulto per la modica cifra di 112 euro. Mi chiedo se esiste ancora un'etica professionale che NON permetta di pretendere una parcella tale per lavarsene olimpicamente le mani ed aprirle all'ora di saldare un conto, tra l'altro immeritato. Mio figlio di 3 anni ha la Dermatite Atopica e il giorno della visita aveva la febbre alta ed era particolarmente irrequieto e agitato. Il dott. Martella ha giocato con lui, l’ha fatto giocare con i lego che aveva sulla scrivania e l’ha fatto sedere anche alla sua strana sedia che sembra quasi un dondolo e tra un dammi un cinque e una coccola è riuscito a visitarlo! E’ stato veramente adorabile per il tempo, tantissimo, che ha dedicato a mio figlio. Never seen so much patience in a doctor !!! Entro nello studio gli dico il problema e il mio dubbio ero se fosse un lipoma o una ciste, Il Dott mi punta una lampada sul punto in questione e mi dice che devo fare una ecografia per avere una diagnosi e ci salutiamo e vado dalla segretaria. 112€. 112€ per dirmi fai un ecografia per capire cos è? Un anno fa circa prenotai una visita e dopo una lunghissima attesa, senza essere chiamato, fui costretto ad andare via. Ci riprovo giorni fa, passo dallo studio e l'assistente mi fissa un appuntamento nel pomeriggio assicurandomi che il medico mi avrebbe tolto delle piccole protuberanze di grasso sul volto con il laser. Mi presento, mi fa entrare, mi punta un faro sul viso, verifica e in pochi minuti mi accompangna dalla segretaria per regolarizzare. 132 euro per una visita che non avevo richiesto, per un problema che non ha risolto. Avrei gradito essere messo al corrente che avrei dovuto fare una visita diagnostica ed avere un preventivo della spesa non essendoci nessun tariffario esposto nello studio. Mi chiedo: un ora del mio tempo ad aspettare inutilmente vale forse meno di 6/8 minuti di lavoro pagati con 132 euro di compenso? Spero che questa esperienza torni utile a qualcuno. P.S. in risposta al commento: un medico DEVE basarsi sulla propria diagnosi, ci mancherebbe pure. RIPETO: una lunghissima ed estenuante attesa! Very bad experience twice in a row.
