Mando tutti i documenti richiesti, e passati due mesi, ancora nulla. Chiamo e mi dicono che ci vuole lo spid (per fortuna che ho chiamato, senko passavano altri due mesi...). Partiamo con la procedure per avere lo spid tramite un loro consulente, passa un altro mese... Niente. Chiamo e si scopre che la procedura seguita non ha funzionato. Mi consigliano di fare da solo. Procedo, ancora non funziona. Chiamo, mi dicono che devo farlo con un altro provider. Spendo altre 50 euro, non funziona ancora e si scopre che il mio codice fiscale è "vecchio". A questo punto decido che di amatorialita e chiedo di interrompere tutto per manifesta incapacità e di avere il rimborso. Cosa che, a loro credito, arriva subito e senza discussioni.
