★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso che tessere lodi dell'architetto Giuseppe Giurato: competente, empatico molto presente in tutte le fasi della ristrutturazione e anche a lavori terminati, se richiesto. Direi che è diventato di famiglia per tutte le problematiche sorte e da lui brillantemente risolte in corso e al termine dell' opera. Non ristrutturate da soli ci vuole un direttore dei lavori, la figura dell' architetto è indispensabile, non solo nella fase di progetto. Io non immaginavo che si occupasse di praticamente tutto. Direi che ho rivalutato tantissimo il suo ruolo.
 I can only praise the architect Giuseppe Giurato: competent, empathetic, very present in all phases of the renovation and even when the works are finished, if requested. I would say that he became part of the family for all the problems that arose and were brilliantly solved by him in progress and at the end of the work. Do not renovate by yourself, you need a construction manager, the figure of the architect is essential, not only in the design phase. I didn't know he was in charge of practically everything. I would say that I have greatly re-evaluated his role.
