1	1213Capobianco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massimo disguido con la segreteria: presentatami all'appuntamento fissato alle 9e mezza di martedì (appuntamento preso settimana precedente) la segretaria (che mi ha detto che è lei l'unica a ricoprire questo ruolo in questa struttura) non mi trova in lista appuntamenti, rendendosi successivamente conto che mi aveva fissato un appuntamento per un martedì 28 di fine mese successivo a questo, annullato assolutamente e preso appuntamento con altra dermatologa; soprattutto ho chiesto di prestare più attenzione alla segretaria, perché non penso sia accettabile avere delle patologie in corso(che naturalmente per colpa di questo disguido non sono state visitate) e annullare degli impegni(siano essi lavorativi o di studio) per un appuntamento completamente assente; totalmente delusa (sopratutto dell' incapacità della segretaria di ricoprire il suo ruolo professionalmente), non si è neanche scusata per il disguido. Delusissima. Non tornerò più. Very disappointed. I will never go back.
