C erano almeno 10/15 persone tra sala d attesa e cortile, che forse in una situazione come quella che stiamo vivendo, nn è proprio il massimo del rispetto, oltretutto molti lamentavano che nn era la prima volta che accadeva. Se mi rivolgo ad un privato, mi aspetto un attimo di attenzione in più e soprattutto di rispetto per lo stesso paziente che viene. Forse è il caso di rivedere la gestione degli appuntamenti perché un attimo prima della bravura, c è il rispetto e la correttezza nei confronti di chi si rivolge a lei. La ringrazio lo stesso nonostante il tempo perso. I booked for a consultation but it never happened because after an hour and a half of waiting people kept coming in without an appointment order. There were at least 10/15 people between the waiting room and the courtyard, which perhaps in a situation like the one we are experiencing, is not really the utmost respect, plus many complained that it was not the first time this happened. If I turn to a private individual, I expect a moment of extra attention and above all respect for the same patient who comes. Perhaps it is appropriate to review the management of appointments because a moment before the skill, there is respect and fairness towards those who turn to you. I thank you all the same despite the lost time.

I tempi di attesa sono un po' lunghi ma ne vale assolutamente la pena! I am a longtime client of the doctor and she saved me! Thanks to her, I have no acne for 4 years now. In prima linea su tutto,super preparata. Con garbo,gentilezza e dolcezza risolve qualsiasi "problema". Wonder Woman in pratica!! Bella,solare e soprattutto professionale e,ad oggi ,per quanto mi riguarda, anche un pò scultrice. Non smetterò MAI di fidarmi di lei.!!! PROFESSIONAL!! Nessun rispetto per il numero di pazienti in sala di attesa. Inoltre dopo la prima consulenza con la dottoressa sono stata seguita da una tirocinante... Ma il prezzo della seduta di microblinding è stato lo stesso. La terza volta che sono stata allo studio, avevo appuntamento alle 19.30... si sono fatte le 21 ed ero ancora lì con una sala piena e con persone che, per qualche strano motivo, continuavamo a passarmi avanti. Ho rinunciato. E non me ne pento finalmente ho trovato un dermatologo veramente professionale. Personalmente non la Consiglio Unfortunately I have to say that my experience was very bad, no respect for timetables, no respect for the booking order. No respect for the number of patients in the waiting room. Also after the first consultation with the doctor I was followed by a trainee ... But the price of the microblinding session was the same. The third time I went to the studio, I had an appointment at 7.30pm ... it was 9pm and I was still there with a full room and people who, for some strange reason, kept passing me by. I gave up. And I don't regret it I finally found a truly professional dermatologist. Personally, I don't recommend it
