S	Simona Napoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una neo cliente e mi sono trovata abbastanza bene con i medici ma, a parte il primo appuntamento con un attesa di 45 minuti, la cosa che ho trovato molto grave è stata dover chiedere all’assistente di mettere la mascherina, la quale, mentre entrava e usciva dalla stanza e passava gli strumenti che il dentista doveva usare nella bocca di mio figlio, la teneva abbassata, sul collo! Sarebbe grave normalmente, ma in tempo di Covid lo ritengo inaccettabile. Oltretutto la signorina si è anche risentita, tanto che mi guardava storto dopo averle chiesto di mettere la mascherina! Poi per confermare la mancanza di attenzioni, anche la segretaria è entrata con mascherina sul collo e già che stava dentro e l’assistente non c’era, ha provveduto lei a passare lo strumento al dentista. Troppa superficialità...inaccettabile in un ambiente così delicato e in tempi di emergenza sanitaria. Consiglio lo studio a tutti coloro che vogliono essere seguiti per cure e prevenzione. M	Michele Di giacomo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 200 € per un provvisorio di resina fatto anche male, un furto a piede libero! oltretutto nei giorni seguenti ho avuto anche dolore perché non copriva il dente come avrebbe dovuto e me lo sono fatto rifare dal mio dentista abituale che purtroppo stava a 200 km di distanza e con 50€ mi ha fatto un lavoro nettamente migliore che non mi crea assolutamente problemi di sensibilità perché copre per intero il dente molato (cosa che questo non faceva). ero andato per un urgenza venerdì e mi hanno rimandato al giorno dopo alle 15:00, sabato mi spostano l’appuntamento di altre due ore, in definitiva dopo quasi un ora di attesa a compilare fogli e liberatorie mi fanno un preventivo spropositato sapendo che ormai non potevo andare da nessuna parte perché ormai erano le 17, e ho dovuto accettare per forza perché altrimenti dovevo aspettare fino a lunedì. io ho buttato i soldi ma è giusto che si sappia come lavora questo studio, e anche il mio amico che è loro cliente e me li ha consigliati si è vergognato di avermi mandato da loro e si è stupito per il prezzo perché lui non ha mai pagato queste cifre avete guadagnato 200€ ma con i potenziali clienti che perderete ora che si sa come lavorate ne perderete molto di più il passaparola è molto importante! 200 € for a temporary resin provisional, even bad, a theft on the loose! moreover, in the following days I also had pain because it did not cover the tooth as it should have and I had it done again by my usual dentist who unfortunately was 200 km away and with € 50 he did me a much better job that absolutely does not create me sensitivity problems because it completely covers the ground tooth (which this did not do). I went for an emergency on Friday and they sent me back to the next day at 15:00, Saturday they postpone the appointment for another two hours, ultimately after almost an hour of waiting to fill out forms and releases they make me a disproportionate quote knowing that now I couldn't go anywhere because it was now 5pm, and I had to accept because otherwise I had to wait until Monday. Purtroppo soprattutto gli odontotecnici, che pare gestiscano lo studio, mancano di affidabilità e professionalità. Non accettano critiche o lamentele riguardo il loro lavoro: da dicembre fino ad aprile non sono riusciti a realizzare le protesi preventivate e pagate in anticipo (e non rimborsate). Dopo 20 GG dalla consegna della documentazione medica, durante i quali rimandavano l' appuntamento per l' intervento con scuse assurde, il venerdì santo mi hanno comunicato di non voler continuare a seguirmi. Nel corso dei 20 GG in cui temporeggiavano ho dovuto rinunciare a diversi impegni già presi e non ho potuto consultare nessun altro dentista. Per fortuna poi ho trovato un ottimo studio odontoiatrico che ha risolto la situazione nel giro di una settimana.( Compresa la ribasatura della protesi mobile che ho pagato 250 euro e che non è stata poi portata a termine : il dentista da cui sono seguita l'ha portata a termine in una sola seduta a gratis). During the 20 days in which they stalled I had to give up on various commitments already made and I was unable to consult any other dentist. Fortunately, then I found an excellent dental practice that solved the situation within a week. (Including the relining of the removable prosthesis that I paid 250 euros and which was not then completed: the dentist from whom I followed the completed in one session for free).
