★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri in mattina presto avevo chiesto un appuntamento con urgenza per mio padre anziano con mal di denti chiamando il numero dello studio a Cassano. La signora che mi aveva risposto, ci ha dato un appuntamento per oggi pomeriggio, ero costretta a prendere un giorno delle ferie al lavoro per poter accompagnare mio padre. Ci siamo presentati allo studio via Milano 3 a Cassano nel orario indicato e lo abbiamo trovato CHIUSO!!! Chiamando ancora lo stesso numero di telefono, dopo un breve discorso, abbiamo scoperto che l'appuntamento ci hanno fissato a Madone!!!! Cioè, hanno messo la deviazione da Cassano a Madone senza rendersi conto. Non posso descrivere come mi sento: persi due giorni di attesa, perso un giorno delle ferie per niente, il problema di mio padre non risolta..... Gli errori su succedono, come aveva detto la signora, ma era una visita con urgenza, non una pulizia dei denti. Sto scrivendo questo per la vostra attenzione, sia allo studio che ai pazienti. State attenti.
Yesterday early in the morning I asked for an urgent appointment for my elderly father with toothache by calling the number of the studio in Cassano. The lady who answered me, gave us an appointment for this afternoon, I was forced to take a day off from work to be able to accompany my father. We showed up at the studio via Milano 3 in Cassano at the indicated time and we found it CLOSED !!! Calling the same phone number again, after a short talk, we found out that the appointment has been fixed at Madone !!!! That is, they made the detour from Cassano to Madone without realizing. I can't describe how I feel: lost two days of waiting, lost one day of vacation for nothing, my father's problem not resolved ..... Mistakes happen, as the lady said, but it was an urgent visit , not a teeth cleaning. I am writing this for your attention, both to the office and to patients. Be careful.
