Io e mio marito abbiamo avuto un’ esperienza molto negativa con questo studio dentistico.
Mio marito ha una carie e abbiamo deciso di farla curare qui, ma purtroppo è rimasto con un dente bucato e incompleto.
Quando ho chiamato per prenotare la visita mi hanno detto un prezzo, dopo che il professore ha “lavorato” sul dente ci hanno fatto un preventivo di circa 2400€: per una carie!
I prezzi al telefono erano di gran lunga diversi da quelli effettuali.
Credo che lo staff e il professore siano stati disonesti e ingiusti con dei pazienti già in cura da loro.
Quando abbiamo pagato quello che dovevamo per l’operazione (una buona parte del preventivo) non ci hanno neanche fatto la fattura, dopo il dolore che mio marito ha subito durante l’operazione credo che siamo stati proprio truffati…

My husband and I have had a very negative experience with this dental office.
My husband has cavities and we decided to have it treated here, but unfortunately he was left with a broken and incomplete tooth.
When I called to book the visit, they told me a price, after the professor "worked" on the tooth, they gave us a quote of around € 2400: for a cavity!
Prices on the phone were far different from actual prices.
I believe that the staff and the professor have been dishonest and unfair to patients already being treated by them.
When we paid what we owed for the operation (a good part of the estimate) they didn't even give us the invoice, after the pain my husband suffered during the operation, I think we were really scammed ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione per segnalare un fatto, a dir poco, spiacevole. Sono stata in cura da molti anni in questo studio dentistico.
Quando il professore mi curava una carie sentivo sempre lo stesso dolore di prima; per questo mi sono preoccupata.
Allora sono andata da un altro dentista che mi ha riferito di aver trovato altre carie accanto (tra due denti) alla zona in cui il professore mi ha curata.
Il dentista allora mi ha detto che non solo non curava bene le carie, ma le lasciava addirittura maturare e inoltre non puliva neanche bene i denti (come sempre richiesto).
È stato davvero deludente... Adesso che ho risolto consiglio a chiunque di stare sempre attenti e notare bene i dettagli.

I am writing this review to report an unpleasant fact, to say the least. I have been under treatment for many years in this dental office.
When the professor treated me for a cavity I always felt the same pain as before; that's why I worried.
So I went to another dentist who told me that he found other cavities next to (between two teeth) the area where the professor treated me.
The dentist then told me that not only did he not cure caries well, but he even let them mature and also did not clean his teeth well (as always required).
It was really disappointing ... Now that I have solved it, I advise anyone to always be careful and take note of the details.
