Da allora l'appuntamento con il dentista è diventato un momento allegro e spensierato, molte volte non ho avuto bisogno dell'anestesia perché completamente rilassato e divertito dalle battute e dal clima piacevole delle sedute con Lorenzo e Barbara. Aggiungo un doveroso ringraziamento a tutto lo staff, in particolare al Dott. Flavio Santoro, per la professionalità, la gentilezza e l'abilità nell'impiego di tecnologie ultramoderne. Brave e Bravi! I moved to Calenzano about 8 years ago and tried some dental practices in the area until I met Dr. Farmeschi. Since then the appointment with the dentist has become a happy and carefree moment, many times I have not needed anesthesia because I was completely relaxed and amused by the jokes and the pleasant atmosphere of the sessions with Lorenzo and Barbara. I add a dutiful thanks to all the staff, in particular to Dr. Flavio Santoro, for the professionalism, kindness and skill in the use of ultra-modern technologies. Brave and Bravi!

Ma l'ho visto anche crescere con la grandissima attenzione al rispetto ed all'armonia fra personale e pazienti. Il risultato è uno studio dentistico ultramoderno dove però ci si sente in famiglia e dove si dimentica la classica paura del "dentista". Come ultima cosa, ma non meno importante, sono veramente precisi ed onesti...5 stelle meritatissime! I have been a customer for several years and I have practically seen the study grow with continuous investments in the most advanced technologies. But I have also seen it grow with the greatest attention to respect and harmony between staff and patients. The result is an ultra-modern dental practice where, however, you feel at home and where you forget the classic fear of the "dentist". Non é mia abitudine scrivere recensioni ma, poiché ero stato colpito dalle recensioni positive, mi sento di doverla scrivere per elogiare la professionalità che ho potuto riscontrare in prima persona con tutti gli operatori che lavorano nella clinica. Dalle assistenti di poltrona che sono sempre molto disponibili e gentili, all'igienista dentale, e non per ultimo ai medici che si adoperano in team per studiare 'insieme' le varie strategie più idonee per fornire una risposta più appropriata al cliente. Ormai sono 8 mesi che sono un cliente della clinica e cosiglio vivamente questa struttura fornita anche di molte tecnologie/strumentazioni innovative. Il clima che si respira all'interno é davvero sereno e predispone positivamente il cliente. Bravi ragazzi continuate così! We met by chance and at a very special moment. It is not my habit to write reviews but, since I had been impressed by the positive reviews, I feel I have to write it to praise the professionalism that I have been able to experience firsthand with all the operators working in the clinic. From the chair assistants who are always very helpful and kind, to the dental hygienist, and last but not least to the doctors who work as a team to study 'together' the various strategies best suited to provide a more appropriate response to the client. I have been a client of the clinic for 8 months now and I highly recommend this facility, which is also equipped with many innovative technologies / instruments. The atmosphere inside is truly serene and positively predisposes the customer. Good guys keep it up!

Sento però l'esigenza di esprimere il massimo della positività in quanto ho riscontrato oltre a un ambiente bello e all'avanguardia, personale sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, anche molta trasparenza ,correttezza e informazioni dettagliate sui lavori da eseguire. Quando mi siedo da loro non mi preoccupo più del ...cosa sara'..! Ottimo! I state that I have been a patient of the study for not very long. However, I feel the need to express the maximum of positivity as I have found in addition to a beautiful and avant-garde environment, staff always available and very kind, also a lot of transparency, correctness and detailed information on the work to be carried out. Farmeschi(una mano leggerissima),le bravissime assistenti alla poltrona che mi hanno sempre fatta sentire al mio aggio…è tutto lo staff eccezionale ,e ovviamente Flavio che è sempre attento ad ogni minimo dettaglio,grazie I have known this dental office for a few years, and after 3 pregnancies I came back for a nice "restoration" ... all very good, a pleasure also to do anesthesia with Dr. Farmeschi (a very light hand), the talented assistants in the chair that I have always made me feel at my premium ... it's all the exceptional staff, and obviously Flavio who is always attentive to every little detail, thank you
