★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata benissimo, medici molto bravi e molto competenti, spiegano bene il lavoro che devi fare mettendoti a tuo agio. L'ambiente è molto bello e pulito, lo consiglio vivamente anche per chi ha paura ad andare dal dentista.
 I had a great time, very good and very competent doctors, they explain well the work you have to do by putting you at ease. The environment is very nice and clean, I highly recommend it even for those who are afraid to go to the dentist.

Sempre molto disponibili e cortesi, prestazioni professionali con le giuste spiegazioni.
Tutto molto organizzato e semplificato. Gestiscono l'assicurazione Metasalute con criterio, richiedendo i Voucher per conto del cliente (dopo la prima visita ovviamente), che deve limitarsi ad attendere l'approvazione.
Eventuali tempi lunghi tra una prestazione e l'altra sono causati proprio dal fondo, non dallo studio.
Consigliatissimo.

All very organized and simplified. They manage the Metasalute insurance with criteria, requesting the Vouchers on behalf of the customer (after the first visit of course), who must limit himself to waiting for approval.
Any long times between one performance and another are caused precisely by the fund, not by the studio.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio una breve, ma utile premessa: per esigenze lavorative/familiari ho alle spalle ben 15 traslochi in 3 regioni diverse, di conseguenza sono stata in cura da svariati dentisti.
Da poco trasferita a Bergamo, ho avuto la fortuna di fare una visita di controllo presso lo Studio Prandi per dei dolori ad alcuni denti e da lì ho scoperto in assoluto il miglior studio dentistico che mi sia mai capitato.
Dopo 2 mesi di sedute, finora una decina, posso confermare decisamente la sensazione iniziale di fiducia, trasparenza nelle spiegazioni, competenza e attenzione per il paziente che trasmettono sia i dottori che le assistenti. Anche i prezzi sono onesti e le tecniche all'avanguardia. Ovviamente non guasta che a far da cornice a questa grande squadra ci sia uno studio bello, pulito e accogliente, con l'attesa ed i trattamenti accompagnati da una musica di sottofondo decisamente rilassante.
Li ho già consigliato e continuerò a farlo. Grazie a tutto lo staff !
Let me make a brief but useful premise: for work / family needs I have 15 removals in 3 different regions, as a result I have been treated by various dentists.
Recently moved to Bergamo, I was lucky enough to make a check-up at the Prandi Studio for pain in some teeth and from there I discovered the best dental office I have ever had.
After 2 months of sessions, about ten so far, I can definitely confirm the initial feeling of trust, transparency in explanations, competence and attention for the patient that both doctors and assistants convey. The prices are also fair and the techniques are state of the art. Obviously, it doesn't hurt that this great team is framed by a beautiful, clean and welcoming studio, with waiting and treatments accompanied by decidedly relaxing background music.
I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. Thanks to all the staff!
