Il dentista ci ha detto di mandargli foto dei denti di nostra figlia, così ci avrebbe detto quando cambiare le mascherine. Invece, nessuno ha risposto mai al email, messaggi WhatsApp, telefonate, messaggi vocali o SMS. Ci hanno fregato e ho qui una busta di mascherine invisalign da buttare, e domani porto mia figlia da un dentista qualificato per risolvere il danno fatto da La Rete. They convinced us to take the invisalign for the daughter, even when we explained that we had to move abroad. The dentist told us to send him photos of our daughter's teeth, so she would tell us when to change the masks. Instead, no one ever replied to emails, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, voice messages or SMS. They stole us and I have here an envelope of invisalign masks to throw away, and tomorrow I take my daughter to a qualified dentist to resolve the damage done by La Rete.

Al mio compagno viene fatta l'igiene e a me solo una visita veloce dopo un'ora di attesa, con scuse per un'urgenza che non posso accettare per via del largo anticipo della prenotazione. La mia igiene dentale non è stata segnata nel calendario e l'otturazione prenotata per la settimana successiva, purtroppo un pomeriggio sprecato. Ci sarà stato un problema di comunicazione da ambo le parti, ma sono io ad aver perso un pomeriggio intero. Personale molto gentile, ma purtroppo poco organizzato. I arrive from Bergamo, after booking a check-up and dental hygiene with my partner almost a month in advance. My partner is given the hygiene and me just a quick visit after an hour of waiting, with apologies for an urgency that I cannot accept due to the long advance of the reservation. My dental hygiene was not marked on the calendar and the filling booked for the following week, unfortunately a wasted afternoon. There may have been a communication problem on both sides, but I lost an entire afternoon. Very kind staff, but unfortunately not very organized.

Dopo aver preso con largo anticipo di un mese due appuntamenti, mio e della mia compagna, la mia compagna ha dovuto attendere più di un'ora solo per una visita di controllo. Gli accordi in via telefonica erano diversi, c'è stata sicuramente un'incomprensione magari da ambo le parti, ma comunque il servizio non si è risolto come ci aspettavamo. Staff cortese ma poco organizzati. I state that I rate one more star only for the respect and the work well done by the hygienist. After making two appointments, mine and my partner's, well in advance of a month, my partner had to wait more than an hour just for a checkup. The telephone agreements were different, there was certainly a misunderstanding perhaps on both sides, but in any case the service did not work out as we expected. Friendly but not very organized staff.
