★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza estremamente negativa, per un semplice consulto di 3 minuti sullo stato di una infiammazione mi sono stati richiesti 30 euro, capisco che sia giusto richiedere un contributo ma questo viene meno a ogni etica professionale. Nessuna raccomandazione.
Extremely negative experience, for a simple consultation of 3 minutes on the state of an inflammation I was asked for 30 euros, I understand that it is right to request a contribution but this is less for every professional ethics. No recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di uno studio dentistico convenzionato con la mia assicurazione e dopo aver fatto una ricerca ho scelto lo Studio Dentistico Duse. Tutta l'equipe è stata sin da subito professionale e disponibile ad ascoltare le mie problematiche ed esigenze e dopo un'attenta analisi mi sono state proposte varie soluzioni spiegandomi i pro e i contro. I prezzi mi sono sembrati molto competitivi e insieme abbiamo scelto come procedere. Oltre alla professionalità tutti si sono mostrati gentili e simpatici il che è sicuramente un bene! Lo studio è al primo piano ed è raggiungibile anche con un ascensore, all'ingresso viene misurata la temperatura e tutti rispettano le misure di sicurezza dovute al COVID ovvero mascherine e gel igienizzante. Data la mia esperienza molto positiva non posso far altro che consigliare questo studio dentistico!
I needed a dental clinic that had an agreement with my insurance and after doing a research I chose the Duse Dental Practice. The whole team was immediately professional and available to listen to my problems and needs and after a careful analysis, various solutions were proposed to me, explaining the pros and cons. The prices seemed very competitive to me and together we chose how to proceed. In addition to professionalism, everyone was kind and nice which is definitely a good thing! The studio is on the first floor and can also be reached by elevator, the temperature is measured at the entrance and everyone respects the safety measures due to COVID, i.e. masks and sanitizing gel. Given my very positive experience, I can only recommend this dental practice!
